The PREP Family Support team invites you to take some time for yourself in a beautiful setting to relax and rejuvenate. This is a wonderful opportunity to take the day for yourself…and you deserve it!! The CountryWood in Bragg Creek provides an amazing setting to connect and energize. The day will be balanced with time to share, enjoy the scenery, and learn your "TRUE COLORS".

All inclusive Retreat Package includes:

• True Colors Workshop (identify your personality traits and discover your greatest strengths)
• AM coffee/snack
• Lunch
• PM coffee/snack

Per Person: $75.00 (Subsidy available upon request)

Itinerary for the day:

Check in/Coffee 9:30-10:00
Morning Session 10:00-12:00
Lunch 12:-1:00
Afternoon Session 1:00-2:30
Break 2:30-3:00
Final Thoughts 3:00-4:00
